Meet the creator of “What Do I Say? What Do I Do?”… Corporate Trainer, Accountability, Systems and Mindset Coach, Sandye Linnetz. Sandye is an empowering, straight-talking and passionate advocate for having extraordinary results in ALL areas of life. She is not satisfied with “okay”, “not-so-bad” or even “good”. She knows that “extraordinary” is available and that is what she is committed to – for herself and everyone around her.
After 35+ successful years in the business world – retail, wholesale, manufacturing and teaching – she is still joyfully at work, having devoted the last 12 years exclusively to coaching, training, writing and speaking – sharing a lifetime of tools and techniques. Many know her as a no BS Accountability and Mindset Coach. For some she is the Delegation Diva. One of her business card says she is the “Systems Goddess”. To most she’s “Auntye Sandye”, my coach.
Born in Chicago and raised in Southern California, Sandye graduated from UCLA and attended CSULB for graduate school. Over the years she taught school (every grade from preschool to college), co-authored a textbook and designed and operated a preschool. At various times she has worked in aerospace, owned a publishing company, represented a circus, written columns for trade magazines, owned and operated retail and on-line stores, lectured around the world and even did extensive on-air radio and television as a “celebrity” entrepreneur and personality on shows including Oprah! (Yes, Oprah!) She has also been featured in numerous publications around the world – including Time Magazine and Success Magazine – and more newspapers (nationally and internationally) then we can list..
To quote Sandye: “What do you want? Reasons? or Results? You can’t have both!” She’s here to coach you to get your results!
